Creating Invisible Tutorials Through Level Design [video]
Game design has always really interested me, and I've wanted to talk more about the level design in Scrabdackle for a long time - it just never made sense to talk about in any form but as a video. I decided to give video editing a try this weekend, and put together a video on how to craft "invisible tutorials" in game design, while explaining how and why I arranged Scrabdackle's tutorial region to secretly teach new players information without them realizing it. It's been really well received so far on Reddit and Youtube, and I wanted to share it here too!
I've tried to make this accessible for everyone whether you're familiar with the topic or not, so I hope you find it interesting!
