General patches for release 05 (updated 12/9)

Nothing fancy here, just noting what I fix as I fix it for release 0.1.05.
05b:
- Resolved an accidental crash bug caused by Godot not exporting a key JSON file.
05c:
- [Build not compatible with previous version saves to ensure no one is playing the 05a buggy JSON bug above. Should have done this in the last patch.]
- Resolved some strange issues with buggy gravity
- Resolved a bug causing the dash distance to be halved
- Increased the hitbox on a number of enemies, notably the Dust Mite
- Fixed a bug with Ruins Ghouls that caused them to freeze upon landing on from a jump (if the player was too close)
